Janro Clothesline
Janro clotheslines are supplied in two sizes and a choice of colours – Slate Grey or Terracotta, giving you a sleek, space saving way to dry your washing indoors and outside. Designed for use in all seasons, thanks to a unique canopy cover (sold separately), you can retire your tumble dryer, save money, get air dry freshness after every wash, and make clothes last longer.
Outside, the Janro clothesline can be installed as a fence post or wall mounted washing line. It’s great for apartment balconies too, where indoor and outdoor space is limited. As an indoor washing line, it’s ideal for laundry and utility rooms or even spacious kitchens. Plus, it folds away, making it less invasive than rotary or standard outdoor clotheslines and indoor clothes airers.

Why use the Janro Washing Line?
Environmentally friendly
As the world moves more towards the use of renewable to decrease the greenhouse gas emissions caused by traditional methods of power generation, one of the challenges to those planners in charge of this task is to provide enough “Base Load Power Generation” to satisfy the ever increasing contemporary need for “Base Load Power” (i.e. heating and cooling loads for residential as well as industry). Solving this problem will require a multi-faceted approach.
Clothes dryers, because of the heating elements within them, are a Base Load Product. Our product will reduce the need for Base Load Power Generation by reducing dependence on clothes drying the other items in domestic and some commercial applications.
Research indicates that air movement (the wind) is the primary cause of water evaporation throughout the world not sunlight. The wind is therefore the primary requirement for drying clothes on a clothesline. A huge amount of sunlight is not required, and in fact many people prefer to line dry their clothing away from sunlight so it doesn’t fade their washing.
